I thought the same thing too. Sometimes dogs have tummy upsets and they get over it on their own, however vomiting 7 times would have alarmed me. In my opinion,the doc gave too many meds. Continue researching before administering, that is the best right there.
It already sound s like your baby is progessing well on its own. Take a deep breath, you sure do have a lot going on, but deal with one thing at a time
