I weigh now what I did before I had my son. But, my measurements are smaller. I took out my old clothes and they were loose on me even though I weigh the same I did back then. I thought that was pretty cool.
Just make sure you don't do a crash diet like the cabbage thing. That will ravage your digestive system (diarreah, gas) and make you lose nutrients that you need to stay healthy. It just makes you lose a bunch of water, even some you need. Then as soon as you have one lick of sodium, the water returns quickly.
Be patient with yourself. Eating healthier is more important that eating less.[/quote]
