not all rescues are what they seem, at the start of this thread there is a link to Chihuahua Rescue in Kern county, CA. You should check out the site Save The Chihuahuas! Join the Fight TODAY!!. It's a shame that dogs have to suffer from more than one source, sometimes from those who claim to LOVE them.
