Sometimes TJ gets 'meat patties' stuck in the sides of his mouth hair, so when this happens I have to 'go to town' with the comb and wet wash cloth to get it out, but other than that, I am not worried about it.
I am sure mine have pee and poop particles throughout their body hair, yet I still smooch them like crazy.
