Call your Courthouse and ask. My Baron chewed his tag all up because it was so big. I called and it against the law in Pa. to transfer the info to a different tag. So, Baron has a chewed and scratched up tag on, You can see the year and that's about it!! It was a great ? and I'm sure it happens to alot of people who have small dogs...
