I also did weight watchers and lost 12 lbs. It really was easy. However, that was 2 years ago and guess what, back to fat! No one's fault but mine. Living in Louisiana, we celebrate with alcohol and food. Beer is a major part of our (my family & friends) celebrations! I find cutting down calories and exercising helps, but I am not always motivated to do that. I will try the Birmingham Diet to lose some weight and then I keep watch and slow down on the eating and drinking to maintain, but it is hard. If I see I am gaining too much, I diet for a while.
