Default Weight Watchers

I swear by Weight Watchers. I first did Weight Watchers back in 2003 (as a High School Senior) I weight 168 pounds when I started in January, by April I was down to 135. I was able to eat the same things just in smaller portions.

I went to college and lost more weight, but after graduating in May 2007, I moved home and gained back some weight. So I started Weight Watchers again in September 2008, I was 147 pounds when I started, last night was my 9th week and I weigh 133 (14 pound loss). My goal is to be 123-125 and I'm hoping to get there by Thanksgiving.

It's not a fad diet, you learn portion control and lose weight steadily so you don't gain it all back at once.

Not sure of any good diets for a kick fix, but if you are lookign for long-term results, I highly recommend the Weight Watchers program!
