omigosh, i did the same thing when i was babysitting 6yr old twin boys (humans) they were wild for hours then just keeled over and fell asleep within minutes of each other i was so scared they'd given each other a concussion or ingested something (even though i'd been watching the whole time). i woke them up briefly and then actually stood and watched them breathing till their mom came back...she told me that the synchronized conk-out is normal for them...doh!
