Thanks for the prayer... May need them for awhile yet. I just got off the phone with my daughter and she said the Doctor has advised it is a bone tumor and he will require a bone scan to check it out further. He is such a trooper .. had his blood work done and is headed out to cheer on the team. Hopefully the test will be able to be done quickly... but alas our health care system is not what it should be, so may be a little wait until we can breathe easier. The doctor said the radiologist thinks it is benign ..... here is hoping he is perfectly correct on that. Sorry to ramble ... just was having such a hard time waiting for the call.
His back is bothering him too... not too sure if it is related to the injury or not. Our daughter is such a good mother and will see that he gets the best of care! The doctor has suggested another pediatric bone surgeon in another city for a consult. Will sit on the worrying for awhile yet anyway! Thanks again.
