She had her dog Kakashi home for 30 minutes and he ran into the kitchen table and fractured 2 bones in his front leg. She felt awful because she had just got him from the breeder!! Her vet set it the next day and referred her to a surgeon. The surgeon did his surgery 2 days after he broke it,she neutered him and pulled baby teeth also. Her total was 2700.00 plus 800.00 for the puppy all in the span of 2 days!! Kakashi did great....He was only 4 pounds and was running and bouncing around like nothing had happened. She takes him back in Dec. for an x-ray to see how the leg is healing. The plate was the smallest the vet had ever used on a dog, and it was a tad too big, but, she had to use it.
