As a nurse, we always encourage our patients to go for a second opinion. Cause if you really are a good doctor....you'll want what is best for your patient. I would definitely go pick up your yorkie and definitely get a second opinion. And while you're at it..i would file a complaint with the NJ Attorney's General's Board of Veterinary Examiners.
