I think she is going to be okay.
I have NO idea why a vet would prescribe Rimadyl unless the dog needs serious pain management. It isn't a drug you give just for the heck of it. There can be serious risks to it and it shouldn't be given unless there is a good reason.
That said, it has only been a few days.
She is fine now that she isn't taking it and it could've been any one of those meds causing the vomiting.
If you are really concerned about it causing problems you can ask the vet to do a blood panel and check her liver enzymes to see if the med has caused damage.
Other than that, I have no idea what the problem could be but I imagine it is just a virus or something or possibly GI issues that will need to be checked out.
I hope all goes well with her and it has been one of those terribly stressful times around here too.
