Could be a multitude of reasons. Coccidia, parasites....and then it could be as simple as stress, which does cause bloody dirreah.....

No reason to wait for next poop to take him to the vets....the vet can extract what he needs to peform a fecal exam....

Check the color of his gums......make sure they're pink...if not, could be parasites.....
