I would prefer mine stay home. I dont know any reputable boarders and even still, I just dont trust anyone that I dont know very well with my dogs. I once babysat my mother in law's chihuahua and she is a very nervous dog. She would not come out of her blanket hardly at all. She even pee'd in it because she was too scared to come out of it. I also had to hand feed her canned food to get her to eat...she was a mess! So I guess for the sake of not stressing your dog too much, to leave her home and have some family come and check on her a few times a day.. |
