It can be tough to teach them, but once they get, they get.
First, how old is your little girl? She may only need to eat 2x. And she may not necessary need to potty each time she eats.
Second, she may be confused with going outside and then inside. She is probably getting mixed signals. I would probably concentrate on 1 until she gets the hang of it. And I would do the pad first. JMO.
Third, how many treats are you giving her and are they big treats? In Hot Rod's first training class, he got full after a couple of treats...remember,their stomachs are only so big and depending on the treat, they may fill up fast.
