I wasn't going to say anything since I'm not a breeder but since you wrote that here goes. It sounds to me like you already know she won't get big enough for you to feel comfortable breeding her. Gus is small boned, weighs
4 1/2 pounds and I knew at 7 - 8 months he would stay that way. I could just tell and I am nowhere near as experienced as you are. He is now a year and hasn't changed a bit. He may gain weight over the years but he is always going to have that delicate bone structure. Well, I don't envy you this decision but I know you will make the right one either way.
