I am a little confused, as far as I know a blockage in the heart is not corrected with a pacemaker. Blockage is in the arteries and has to do with the flow of blood to the heart, a pacemaker sends an electric shock to the heart to keep it beating properly.

I think your questions would be better answered in the Emergency and Sick Forum as there are very knowledgable members then. Maybe you should ask administation to move your post to kind the help you are looking for.
