Thank you Donna. I feel the same way. There is no need when you point can be made in another way--particularly when others have already pointed out that it's offensive. (That's without even addressing the sudden use of the word "colored." ) That is why I say my discussion on the topic is done. I enjoy expressing views and hearing the other side as well as anyone, but when you are conversing with someone who's clear intent seems to be pushing buttons in such a manner....it's obvious nothing constructive will result. I don't consider myself to be an overly sensitive person, but somethings are just in poor taste.
