If you'd like to bring Desi your next trip, there's a wonderful place called Yorkie Camp. It is approx. 40 mins. from Pasadena. This is for Yorkies only. A retired couple provides daycare, overnights, extended vacations. They have five Yorkies of their own. I was very impressed with their "home" for the Yorkies, and a lot of my fears and stress have neen put to rest. If you google Yorkie Camp/Spa, you'll find their number.
