I'd definately take her back to the vet about the peeing probelm. It could be an UTI or submissive peeing. Sometimes a dog/puppy will do that when overly excited /nervous. However, other possible causes need to be ruled out first. Pee Pads work very well for little ones who are inside most of the time. Since yours is so young and tiny, she really ought to be kept indoors, untill she has had all of her vaccinations.
Her ears and eyes are uncomfortable for her, and there may be other health conditions going on too. This can add to why she is not exactly herself.
I brought my Suzi home when she was 9 weeks old. She was very scared for only half A day. then she started getting comfortable. your baby needs lots of attention right now, and love. She ought to be fine once she starts to feel better.
