So the pom had the Lil Bits lodged in it's throat? That would been impossible unless it was A LOT of pieces bc they're SUPER small. I'm guessing that there is just a small size greenie? If the pom did pass away bc it had the lil bits caught in it's throat the owner must have fed her the whole bag.. Do you have the link?
