I haven't finished reading this thread but had to jump in -
1st - you're dealing with a broker from what I gather (everyone - PLEASE SPACE YOUR SENTENCES...it's very hard to read) and that alone isn't good.
and 2nd - NEVER SEND MONEY THRU WESTERN UNION - you're screwed if the person is a scammer on the other end.
Edited to add - Do Walmart Money grams offer protection ? I didn't know that but do know Western Union doesn't
