Oh man---after I read the last thread that indicated puppyfind.com I clicked over there as it made me think about our breeder that we got our CC from last December (right before the Ice Storm). I could find her on the puppyfind and so googled her kennel (as I did when we were purchasing her). Come to find out to my mortification that at the time that we were having her shipped to us, there was an undercover Newsweek employee investigating them as a PUPPY MILL!!!! I could just die!! Now, I can tell my husband that he was right as when CC gets any kind of extra little scrap (not dog food), she will practically take your hand off when you hand it to you and my older dog will no longer take anything that can't fit in his mouth because she will take it from him (and he outweighs her by 3lbs--not to mention he is taller than she is). The story didn't break until after we received here and I didn't need to google at that point since I had been emailing her. I just found it now!! Who knew???
