You might ask the vet to check her urine for a UTI. Also you might look at her hair down there and see if it's matted or really long, you may need to trim it...maybe some drops are still in the hair after she's doing going piddle and when she follows you they shake off??
When Gwen was about 9 weeks old she'd play but as soon as she was in someone's arms she was out like a light, and now she's 19 weeks old and she's like a 2 years old, just crazy running around playing and then she gets super cranky and irritable and you pick her up and ignore her attempts to fight your hands and she passes out basically b/c she's been fighting sleep.
I found that it helped to mix a little wet food into her kibble to get her to eat it, you can warm it in the microwave, just a bit, not too hot...and it makes the smell much more potent and they just dig in like no one's ever fed them before. I just used a bit of my other dogs' canned food with gravy on my girl and she went ga-ga for it, but if she's your only one you might try like the canned puppy food you can get at petsmart or the high quality from anywhere even and just give mostly kibble with a little warm yummy smelling (to her at least) wet food in it..but just use a little bit of kibble with it b/c you'll want to toss out what she doesn't eat so it won't attract bugs or anything like that.
