I would not let them lick my mouth if they had worms. But yes mine do lick my mouth. Dog saliva has an antibacterial agent in it and it is cleaner than kissing humans.

A dog can lick your open wounds and make them heal. Besides there are very few diseases that dogs and humans share.


Now cats are a different story.
