Wal Mart has what is called a Money Gram. That is the best and most reasonable way to get it to her, western union is too expensive, once it is sent she can go pick it up showing her id at the closest Wal Mart to her. It must have her full name and then also you can let her know a pass word to use besides showing her drivers license. Once it is sent it is ready usually with in ten minutes to the person it is sent to.
