I am from Brazil and I speak Portuguese.
This is a document from what would be a " pre-certificate" to get the AKC from Brazil, especifically from the city of Curitiba, Parana State.
PLease note that this is free translation !!

Name : Linda de Hakaway Registration #: PRG/o6/03279

Breed : 804 Maltese Sex: female

Color: white Date of birth : 06/17/08

Father: Teddy Du Kalanit Dog's Registration #: PRG/o5/03424

Mother: Clara do Monte Palomar Registration #: PRG/o6/03268

Breeders: Vera Lucia Haag do Amaral

Place and date of emission: Curitiba, 08/17/08

WE declare that we received the above mentioned dog's documentation to be forwarded to the Brazilian Canine Confederation. If this documentation is correct , the certificate of correspondent origin ( pedigree) will be emitted on the regular schedule.
