I think you're a wonderful person for doing that. In fact, you're an angel. Your yorkie will still feel loved if you give him extra special time with just him and reassure him frequently. He's bound to feel like a jealous child when you bring home a new baby.
She won't be housebroken, you know. I don't know what the possibilities would be of housebreaking a nine year old, either. I would love to do it if I was retired. I always thought I would at that time. The older girls are sooooo sweet. I think it could work out. Have you met her - the yorkie, I mean.
