When I had roommates something like this would have had to be discussed
before it happened. All in the household had to be in agreement before a major change like that was made. I find it rude and inconsiderate if your roommate agreed to watch this dog without first getting input and agreement of everyone else who lives in the apartment. And for her to not realize how easily your Yorkie could hurt and to laugh off your concerns speaks volumes for what she thinks of you in general, jmho.
