Her baby teeth coming out before the adult ones coming in is good. You will see the adult ones coming in real soon.
The baby teeth that stay in too long and have to be pulled are more often the longer teeth on top and bottom (1 on each side on the top and 1 on each side on the bottom.)
If these baby ones don't fall out by about 7 months, have the vet look at them to see if they need removed. If they retain the baby teeth, they are more likely to have dental tartar and their teeth will get dirty quicker.
