Maybe it is just me, but I have a major problem with the Greenies company.
They are supposed to be "as digestable as kibble" now but I asked Greenies how digestable the old ones were and here is the response I got:
Thank you for the inquiry about original Greenies(r) dental chews.
Digestibility testing with original Greenies(r) shows them to be about
85% digestible when chewed normally by dogs. This level of
digestibility is very similar to premium dry dog foods which usually run
from 82-89% digestible.
So they may be 95% digestable now but they were as digestable as kibble before.
Then they say you shouldn't give them to dogs less than 6 months or less than 5 pounds because they don't have adequate chewing ability.

Yeah, sure. Adult Yorkies can't chew correctly then.
I also read on one site that a surgeon from Georgia said they still do see obstructions from them occasionally.
I just don't trust them at all but no chew is 100% safe.
