Make sure she takes plenty of water as well as diarrhea can make her dehydrated. Watch out also for any hypo signs as she seemed to have an empty stomach. Have you figured out why she had diarrhea? I think it will be best if you can deal with the cause (either stress, new diet, parasites, illness, etc) so you can ensure she'll be better. Adding pumpkin also helps in bulking up her poop.
