I am about to lose my mind. I have a yorkie and a Biewer. My Sawyer, my yorkie is 2 years old. He still will pee on a throw rug instead of the pee pad; the biewer is 8 months, and does fine. I have arthritis in my knees, so I have to keep rugs to stand on in the kitchen to help me. Is there anyway to show my little knucklehead the difference between a throw rug and a pee pad??
