This thread is the first I've heard that coats are different. I was wondering why Zaccheus hasn't changed color at all yet, and his coat is cotton. His parents and all his siblings are all silk, so I thought it had something to do with his medical conditions and being hand fed from birth. I thought I had done something wrong. Of course I have no plans to breed him, and intend to have him neutered very soon, but I'm glad to know that I didn't do something terribly wrong to bring on his unique-ness.
