Deb refuses to go outside. I can keep her out there for an hour and she just wont go. She is doing pretty good with her pee pad in her pen. What she isnt getting is that when she is not in her pen that she needs to use the peepad. She is only out when we can keep a really close eye on her, but I was wondering if it is a good idea or bad idea to have more than one peepad in the house? I dont want to confuse her.
