If you can get your baby to eat some canned pumpkin(real not pie filling) this will help him poo, also giving your baby some milk will soften his poop so he can go. It can also be coccidia which will make him feel like he has to poop all the time too. Coccidia can be cured with Albon which you can get from your vet.
