typically spay/neuter is "supposed" to calm and mature the dog... but it all depends on the dogs personality.
they don't forget what they learn... they just get stubborn...its typical in the breed. if she does not like the little box anymore i would try the potty pads maybe with the potty spray (you spray a sent on them to let them know its okay to go here) and i would also keep up the dicipline... positive reinforcement (if she goes in the house dicipline and take her outside to show her this is where it needs to happen and do not come in until she goes... if and when she does... treat her and give her attention... its a commitment)
