Update: I went tonight to the house after dinner to talk to the lady. I gently knocked on the door and when she opened the door she said " What do YOU want?" with this nasty tone. I told her about the dog and that it is living in conditions that are not humane and that if she doesn't want it she should consider giving it away. Then she went on screaming on how she bought that "stupid dog" from a
pet store for $2500 because he was a Teacup
and that the dog has been a nuisance. I told her that I could possibly assist in relocating it or selling it. Then she went on to say that unless she gets her $2500 back she won't get rid of it. I looked at the dog that was still chained to fence without water or food trying to pull away from the leash to come to me. I just kept thinking about how fragile the neck was and how hard the dog had been pulling. I told the lady that she should at least give the dog for or water and she proceeded to kick me off her property and threatened to call the police for trespassing. I didn't want any trouble so I just left.
I felt really bad for the dog I kind of feeling like going at 3am and stealing it, but she knows where I live and she seems crazy.
