I am sorry you got such bad service. I would def talk to the manager. The Petsmart that I take Gypsy to is actually pretty good. Gypsy has never had a bad grooming session there. I think each Petsmart is different. Whether it is Banfield, the groomers or just people in the store part, we have always encountered helpful, friendly people who seem to know their jobs.
