Hello.

I have always loved this breed. My husband and I are now ready to adopt a female. However, as I search breeders, etc. I am mystified at the difference in prices (800.00 on up to 3,000.00). We currently have two Ragdolls and when I was looking for them I didn't notice this huge difference in prices. I have located what I think to be a good breeder and her price is 1500.00. Meanwhile, I am hearing from other breeders who are asking 800.00. I understand that perhaps you would pay top dollar for a show dog. Would someone take the time to explain the differences in price? Size? Breeding? I am leery of the ones who are offering the lowest price.
