I don' think I have ever told this horor story about the Petsmart in Hobart, IN....My friend took her little sh*tzu in for grooming, a few hours later she received a call that she needed to come back to the store so they could "talk to her" she asked what was wrong and they insisted that she come into the store so they could speak to her personally. She felt sick that something bad had happened to her baby. When she got there, everyone had a grim look on their faces they took her into the office where they told her that
her dog DIED while in their care being groomed! 
She thinks she might have had a heart attack but never found out what happened. Petsmart=BAD NEWS!!!
