so true! it's the same with a a lot of places(hair salons, etc.
) ..i SO agree with you. You get what you pay for, which is true in many cases! but then again.. MANY chain-type places charge about the same, sometimes more for a job that you "never know what you're going to get.."
everyone has their own opinions with what they feel comfortable with, etc but i have never even wanted to take them to a petco, petsmart, etc. i've never gotten a good vibe with their groomings.. but that's just me!
