I didn't know it was possible that someone could do that HORRIBLE of a job, geez it looks like someone paid them to do the worst cut ever! I was shocked when i saw your photos.
luckily though, his hair isn't that short so I really think if you took him to a local groomer someone qualifed can defintely fix it!
