I haven't tried the NM brand, however I have noticed a similiar problem. About 90% of our house is either hard wood or travertine (sp?) stone and I noticed that when I used the enzyme cleaner it seemed to attract Harley to go in the same spot again and again so now I only use it on the rare occasion that he has an accident on the carpet. I use Charlie's Soap which is an all natural all purpose cleaner and it seems to do the trick just fine!
