She knows she's supposed to go outside and even rings her bell. She just sometimes gets in these moods where she rebels against us. For instance she knows not to go in the kitchen, but sneaks in there from behind the table
Or when she humps her toys she goes behind the couch because she knows I'll say no. That's just Rosie for ya and our trainer told us she has a strong personality. Sigh. Believe me....she has a bad rep at the vet, groomer, training classes, and playdates.
