Did you change her diet, times she's fed meals or treats?
She obviously knew she had done wrong though and felt bad. Poor girl.
If it makes you feel better... Kayla will go outside and not potty but come in and go on the carpet. She will even come from playing and go inside and then go back out to play.
It's not nice to put their face in it though.
I hope your sister doesn't always do that to Rosie when she has an accident.
