At least they were not abused, just some neglect it looks like. Thankfully the Yorkie/Poo will find a wonderful and loving home, and maybe the adoptive parents will continue letting you take care of his hair.
Maybe the other one still has an owner looking for it? It's such a wonderful feeling when your able to help our wayward babies. Bless you for the work you do for the rescue.
