Yes, I'm definitely interested in a natural approach to keeping ticks and fleas off of her and I just began looking into it a few days ago. Any information you could give me about it would be great. She's been on the "best" stuff (Frontline) all the time anyway, and she's hardly ever outside, but she still managed to contract Lyme disease. I was completely devastated when my vet told me that she had it. She's all better now though, after taking doxycycline, which I'm sure wasn't good for her either. I live in Pennsylvania and the ticks here are very bad. The deer ticks are just so tiny that you can't see them! I also want to start her on a raw diet. She's currently on Wellness, which is supposedly a very good brand right now, but all animals, people included, should be eating raw, fresh food. The new diet should improve her skin. |
