I did call today. Although the owner didn't own up to it, I have a feeling maybe she knew about it already, if not, then she had me confused with someone who seen someting similar. She apologized, and agreed with me it shouldn't have happened, but she didn't say what she was going to do in the future to prevent it.
I pointed out to her that I was calling her because her employees may be a serious liability to her if a dog gets injured, and I know the lady is rough with dogs because of how she handled Darcy IN FRONT OF ME...I just felt that she was glossing it all over, and didn't want too many details of what I observed.
When I mentioned something about the hair cut, she said to bring her by "sometime later in the week" and she would fix it.
I was expecting more of an apology, more concern, and an offer to fix the haircut the same day (although I wouldn't have agreed to that unless I could have stood there the whole time).
To sum it up, I won't going back there, not even to the owner. |
