Default Mollie has bumps on her skin.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone on here might be able to tell me if he/she has ever had an experience like this with his/her Yorkie.

For quite a few years now, my Yorkie, Mollie has gotten occasional tiny, pimple-like bumps on her. The "pimples" come up in random and different spots on her body. They're not red, but skin-colored and when squeezed they release a thick, white substance (it is not yellow like pus would be.) I have had her to two different vets so far in her 10-year life and both assumed that she has an allergy. I'm not very concerned about them because she doesn't get them often.

However, she does have one bigger bump that she has had for a few months now, which will not go away. This is bigger than the others, about the width of a chocolate chip (but it's not really raised.) It's located just above her shoulder blades and I wonder if it's caused by her top spot (tick/flea medication) that I apply to that area. However, I've used this repellent on her since she could first be treated with it, when she was about a year old and she only developed this bigger bump a few months ago. I did squeeze it a couple of times and it yielded a pea-sized amount of white, cheesy junk. It does have a slight odor, but it's only a Yorkie skin smell.

Has anyone experienced this before or might anyone be able to tell me what these bumps are? Mollie and I would really appreciate it! Thanks!!
